The University of Findlay’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is offered fully online. The online format allows working professionals to achieve their educational goals regardless of their location. The online degree courses mimic the on-campus atmosphere by providing individuals with a learning environment in which they can collaborate and interact with their professor and their peers.

The online MBA program is designed to prepare participants for business leadership roles. A leader needs to be able to make sense of his or her experiences and learn to help others learn. It is critical that today’s leaders develop personally as well as intellectually. The University of Findlay’s MBA creates a “community of learning” among participants that supports personal development and developing sensitivity to one another in our diverse world.

The University of Findlay’s online MBA program features concentrations in the following areas:

  • MBA: Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
  • MBA: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • MBA: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Qualified
  • MBA: Health Care Management
  • MBA: Hospitality Management

In addition to the general online MBA, Findlay offers MBAs with the following concentrations:

Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Concentration

The online Master of Business Administration degree with a Certified Management Accountant concentration allows students to take supportive courses to prepare for the certified management accountant (CMA) exam issued by the Institute of Management Accountants. Findlay’s CMA concentration supplements the necessary accounting skills and abilities with management qualifications.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Concentration

The online Master of Business Administration degree with a Certified Public Accountant concentration allows students with a bachelor’s degree in accounting to obtain an MBA while pursing the required 150 semester hours of college-level credits to sit for the CPA exam.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Qualified Concentration

The online Master of Business Administration degree with a Certified Public Accountant Qualified concentration is for students who do not have a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Students can enroll in the CPA qualified concentration to obtain the required semester hours of college-level credits needed to sit for the CPA exam.

Health Care Management Concentration

The online Master of Business Administration degree with a Health Care Management concentration is for business professionals looking to advance their knowledge in the field of health care. Graduates may find a management career in a variety of health care settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, home care, managed care and public health.

Hospitality Management Concentration

Findlay’s Hospitality Management Concentration equips students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in all facets of the global service industry. Hands-on opportunities to practice newly acquired and expanded skills are built into the program, providing students with a unique and customized learning experience.

Master of Business Administation (MBA): $590 per credit hour

Upon qualification, financial aid is available to all online students. Once the prospective student applies for financial aid, they should consult with a University of Findlay financial aid specialist to receive a customized financial aid plan.

If you are eligible for tuition reimbursement through your employer, The University of Findlay will work with you to make sure you don’t have to cover the reimbursed tuition amount upfront. You have up to 60 days after the last day of the course for your company to remit payment.
